Marybeth has been in customer service and retail for as long as she can remember, making her natural fit (and our first hire!) when we opened Del Soul. Marybeth keeps the front-end running smoothly, but that’s not where her job ends. She is the warm welcome you receive when entering our doors, the voice of hospitality between sessions, and the smooth transition back into the real world on your way out. During her ten years at the nail salon, she studied massage therapy and graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2003. Sara has worked in many different settings in the field since then, including working alongside a chiropractor, owning her own practice, teaching massage therapy for various programs in the state. Andrea Amato

licensed massage therapist

Andrea has been a licensed massage therapist for almost 10 years. She graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2010 and has been regularly working as a therapist since then. Her specialty and focus is on therapeutic deep tissue for orthopedic impairments, chronic pain, and minor soft tissue ailments from everyday repetitious strain or from previous injury. Her work is specific and geared towards rehabilitation and pain management, but she can also work the whole body to induce the parasympathetic nervous system for a complete mind/body relaxation. She has worked in medical and spa settings and incorporates aspects of both in each of her sessions. She is currently continuing her education to become a physical therapist’s assistant, so the added education in health and exercise science makes her well suited to deal with certain soft tissue impairments and joint immobilizations.

Jordana Costa

licensed massage therapist

Jordana’s love for massage therapy began as a young girl while going to work at the spa with her Grandma, who is also a licensed massage therapist. After earning her massage therapy license in 2016, Jordana went on to open her own practice, where she learned how special it is to be a part of her clients’ self-care.

Jordana holds certifications in manual lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, Yomassage, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, and more. While working as an LMT, Jordana also went on to earn her nursing assistant certification, which allowed her to gain confidence in working with the geriatric population. When she is not massaging, you can find Jordana practicing yoga, playing the piano, loving on her kitties and plants, and growing fresh veggies in her gardens.
