Stage One: We will be contacting all clients that had their appointments cancelled from March to June due to COVID-19 directly. These clients will get first priority on getting back into the spa before anyone else. We feel it is only fair that those who had to be cancelled on our end be the first ones to get back in. We hope you understand why this is important for us to do. If this is the stage you fall under, you may use our Client Appointment Inquiry form to request an appointment, or you can wait for our direct communication with you in the next day or two. If you opt to use the appointment inquiry form, please make sure to note that you had an appointment cancelled in this time frame so we know to expedite your inquiry. Again, we thank you for your patience with the rescheduling process as we anticipate a backlog of appointment requests in the next few days.
Stage Two: Once we have rescheduled all past cancelled appointments, we would like to then welcome back all of our clients who have previously been with us in the past. We appreciate all clients, both old and new, but with limited availability and limited services allowed we feel its only right to invite those who have been in our space before to come back in first. This wont be forever, we anticipate a busy month or two and then more availability to present itself for new spa friends to come through our doors and enjoy some much needed TLC with us too.
Stage Three: In this final stage we will be taking all appointment inquiries and will do our best to accommodate them in a timely manor. Again, please remember that with a limited staff and limited services, we will be doing the best we can to get everyone safely in, but we ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate the new protocols and procedures ourselves.
Now that we have gone through all the stages, there are a few more changes to be aware of. Its most important to understand that we will not be bringing back our entire menu of services at this time. We will only be offering a modified menu of Massage, Body Treatments, Waxing and Home Skin Care Consults at this time. No nail services will be offered until we can bring back our aestheticians at a full capacity, which will be when skincare is allowed to be performed again. This menu we have curated adheres to all of the guidelines the state has set forth for us currently. When this will be has not been disclosed by our state at this time. We invite you to look over our new modified menu of offerings here: Corona Relief Menu. Please do this before inquiring for a scheduled appointment to make for a smoother booking process. Speaking of booking, if you have been with us before, you will be able to access the online booking to make your own appointments starting Sunday August 2nd. Anyone who has not been with us in the past will not be able to use the online booking feature at this time. Lastly we would like anyone who is coming back to take a look at our Procedures and Safety Guidelines page before visiting us.
